Get Your Own KaChing Button

I remember the first time I encountered an "easy button" at Staples. Push the big red button with the word "easy" printed on it and the family "That was easy" voice was played. I loved it and had to have one.

A couple years ago I came up with an idea for another button which I thought would have great appeal to business people around the world. A green button with a dollar sign on top, I dubbed it the KaChing Button. When pressed, the KaChing Button would make the cash-register sound that makes everyone smile.

I only manufactured a small quantity of these buttons and they were sent as promotional gifts to partners, as well as offered to those who purchased my book "KaChing: How to Run an Online Business that Pays and Pays".

However, everywhere I go I find the demand for these buttons continues to grow.

So I have manufactured a couple thousand buttons that I am making available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis!

Is Your Site for Sale?

Over the past sixteen years one of my key focuses has been building content-rich websites. I've had some great success working this model, including the recent sale of one of my sites.

I am now looking to acquire additional niche sites for my portfolio. This could include blogs, member sites, forums or product sites.

A number of my readers have approached me with solicitations to purchase their sites over the years, so I thought I would provide a form with which anyone can tell me about a site they wish to sell.

Content Really is KaChing!

Content Really is KaChing!

As you know, I've been building websites since 1995. I've always been a big fan of creating content-rich sites that bring value to others.

That's why I have always spoken against creating spammy sites designed to game the search engines. It's not a good model for building a long-term business.

I've sold a number of my sites over the years. In 1998, Yahoo! purchased my multiplayer game site, ClassicGames.com. Today you know it as Yahoo! Games.

And I've sold no fewer than five other sites in the years since then.

With so many people trying to figure out how to make money online, I believe going back to the basics is the best place to start. Build a content-rich site focused on one of your passions and work the site so it brings great value to your visitors.

It's not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes dedication and hard work.

Does it pay off?

Allow me to go public with my latest transaction. Then you tell me if content is still a great way to go, fair enough?

Get Your Wordpress and IM Questions Answered Live..

Let's face it webinars are really popular these days.

They are a great way to teach, inform an audience about a new
product or service and drive a lot of people to take action at one
time.

Unfortunately, most webinars usually contain a long biography about
the presenter followed by some basic info on a particular topic, a
long sales pitch and a few Q & A's at end.

Dan Nickerson, who has been my "VP of Ideas" for over four years
has done a lot of webinars but he has a slightly different approach.

He actually shows you how to "get stuff done" then he answers every
single audience question for as long as it takes or until he loses
his voice... (I'm not joking)

There's no big pitch or hard sell at the end.

However, if you were happy with the content, he'll give you a link
where you can buy some of his stuff if you so desire.

Doesn't that sound refreshing?

Why does he do this? Because it helps our customers be more
successful and the questions help us to improve our products.

Tomorrow Dan is going to do a webinar where he'll do an overview of
setting up and optimizing Wordpress with the Socrates Wordpress
Theme followed by a long Q & A on anything..

When: Thursday 5/5/2011 - 3 PM EST

= > http://bit.ly/kNmGwC

He'll spend about 30 minutes showing you exactly how and then he'll
literally answer every single question you have about Wordpress,
Socrates, Clickbank, Internet Marketing and more.

And for those of you who have been on one of Dan's webinars before
you probably know there's no telling how many new product or
service ideas he might come up with during the presentation.

Dan's really a "hotseat" specialist. So if you want a live
critique or feedback on your site during the webinar, he'll
probably do lots of those too.

If you can't make tomorrow's webinar, you can still register
and Dan will let you know about his next free webinar later
this month.

Here's the link to reserve your seat and get more info.

= > http://bit.ly/kNmGwC

Once again, it's free. But limited seats are available.

Do Good Stuff!

Joel Comm

P.S. I don't think Dan will be recording these webinars as they
could run 2-3 hours, so replays probably won't be available. Grab
your seat while you can.
