Remember the song from the eighties "What I Like About You?" by
the Romantics? Perhaps I'm dating myself a bit because I was in
college when that came out.

In my most recent survey, many of you took the time to let me know
how much you appreciate the fact that I don't promote all the
latest products like so many other marketers. You told me that
you are tired of getting blasted with promotion after promotion.

And you took the time to let me know that because I didn't promote
things all the time, you trusted my judgment when I DID share
something with you.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. It is indeed rare
that I send out promotional emails as I want to be very careful
about what I share with you.

It's one reason that apart from my own premier programs, you won't
see me telling you about many high-dollar programs. I enjoy finding
you the biggest bank for your buck.

The Latest from Joel Comm My Most Important Blog Post Ever 2014-04-08 Crossroads. Those times in our lives when the decisions we make can have a ripple effect on ourselves and those we influence. After nearly two decades in the online business, featuring a number of varied successes (and failures), a two-year sabbatical and an opportunity to start again, I find myself at one of these crossroads.  The problem I'm having doesn't revolve around lack of opportunity. On the contrary, after a year of coming back into the public sphere, speaking at and attending many events, and connecting with friends both old and new, it seems like there is no shortage of directions I can take with my work.  Since retirement is the least appealing thing I can imagine (I don't know that I ever want to stop producing and making a difference!), I believe that my greatest work is yet to come. (I also believe that YOUR greatest work is before you!)  You see, over the past year, I've rebranded and relaunched my blog. I've been on stages all over the country. I've written a book, launched two information products, entered into a couple joint ventures, and I've got a number of additional products in the works. However, the busyness of it all is spreading me thin.  My blog posts are infrequent. I haven't recorded a podcast in nearly three months. And I am not sure that I am doing the greatest service to those who are looking to me for assistance. Combine that with the fact that there are only so many hours in the day and I could easily see myself heading towards burnout. I've been there, done that, and don't want it to happen again. I would much rather work smart than hard!  I am realizing that I can only help so many people. Materials that I write can reach a very broad audience. But where my time is concerned, there's only so many people I can work with directly. The question I ask myself is "What do you do after you have conquered just about every arena of online business?
